Megaworld Corporation announce to the stock exchange the planned office tower in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City would have 700,000 sqm of gross leasable area, which make it the country’s biggest office leased single space to a single company.

The upcoming development, Strategically located along 38th Street corner 9th Avenue in Uptown Bonifacio, is a few meters away from the Future Transport Hub in Uptown beside kalayaan avenue, the proposed Skytrain monorail system by Infracorp that connects Taguig’s Fort Bonifacio to Makati, also the future Kalayaan state of the Mega Manila Subway and Bus Rapid Transit system in Fort Bonifacio.
The structure will feature highly efficient Office tower floors and innovative technology in building design and is expect to receive an LEED gold Certification.
This office tower is to be completed in 2021, will be full operational by 2022.
